About My Clients
Do you feel like life is always on fast-forward, with stress, anxiety, or pressure catching up to you or your child? I work with adults, parents, kids, and athletes to manage stress, build resilience, and strengthen relationships. Together, we uncover what’s holding you back and develop tools to face life with calm, clarity, and confidence helping you show up authentically in every part of your life.
My Background and Approach
Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with adults, parents, kids, and athletes navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life’s toughest challenges. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Certified Sport Social Worker (CSSW), a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), Certified TF-CBT practitioner, and trained in Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method. I’ve supported clients including veterans and athletes in juvenile justice, community settings, and high-pressure environments such as Congress. I’m direct, solution-focused, and yes, I use humor when it helps. You can expect practical tools to manage stress, regulate your mind and body, improve relationships, and build resilience plus a safe space to tackle hard stuff without judgment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m an LGBTQ-affirming provider who is passionate about helping people connect to their purpose and live authentically. I take a holistic approach, supporting mind, body, and relationships, so clients can navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and even a little humor. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported. Outside of therapy, I’m a youth soccer coach and a mental health advocate, volunteering to help kids and families grow and thrive. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, build coping skills, and create a life that feels meaningful, aligned, and truly their own.
