About My Clients
I support many people in their goals to improve their health, well-being and relationships. Many of my clients come to therapy with historical trauma - neglect, bullying, abuse, violence acts, and sexual assault - depression, anxiety, couple issues, desire for life and career changes, and loss/grief. My clients are committed to their care. They come to therapy each week with intention to explore feelings, learn about themselves, and grow.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is informed by system-centered, relational, somatic, and trauma-informed methods of care. I am a steady, reflective, compassionate, and interactive therapist. The environment that I provide in my work with a client is one where curiosity, compassion, learning, and safety allows for one to see and love themselves in ways that were not present before starting therapy.
