About My Clients
I work with children and adults doing individual and family therapy as needed. Using drama therapy, in varying capacities, I can tailor treatment to each individual. We can collaborate together on your healing journey.
My Background and Approach
I have been providing therapy to children, teens, and adults since 2011 utilizing modalities that often include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I use a trauma focused and Intergenerational Trauma lens when working.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about access and equity. Aside from private practice, I work in intensive outpatient to assist in bridging the gap in services for people nation wide.
