I am a certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) with extensive experience supporting individuals on the Autism spectrum and those who are neurodivergent. As the lead therapist at a complex trauma treatment center, I primarily worked with neurodivergent adolescents, helping them navigate challenges with executive functioning and social interactions.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate relationship issues and interpersonal challenges, incorporating the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) to support healing and growth. By focusing on the underlying patterns that impact relationships, I guide clients in developing healthier connections and improving communication. My approach is designed to help you build stronger, more fulfilling relationships by addressing the root causes of relational difficulties.

As a clinician with training in Trauma-Focused CBT, I am equipped to help clients understand and change the thought patterns that contribute to their emotional distress. My approach is structured yet flexible, allowing clients to develop practical strategies for managing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. By focusing on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, I guide clients toward meaningful and lasting change.

During my time as the lead therapist at a complex-trauma treatment center, I gained deep knowledge in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), which was our primary therapeutic modality. NARM’s focus on the connections between attachment, sense of self, and emotional regulation allows me to effectively support clients in healing from developmental and complex trauma.

I use Motivational Interviewing because it is a client-centered approach that helps individuals resolve ambivalence and find the internal motivation needed for change. This modality allows me to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their readiness for change, set personal goals, and take actionable steps toward improving their lives. This approach is particularly effective in empowering clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their desired outcomes.
