About My Clients
Sometimes we have to confront the core issues of the past to make a positive change for the future. That’s the kind of philosophy I try to employed together with my clients while enhancing the quality of life in the process. I have worked with many clients usually involving past trauma, substance abuse, child abuse, and domestic violence. Sadly, those factors are passed onto others within the household creating generational trauma.
My Background and Approach
I utilize DBT, CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed practices. I received my undergraduate degree from Arizona State University in Family Studies and my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
There is nothing wrong with you, something happened to you. You are capable of change but even good change can be difficult. By working together we can increase resiliency and strengthen healthy coping skills to lower anxiety and depression.
