About My Clients
I work with teenagers and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, and the emotional challenges of living with a chronic health condition. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by school, relationships, managing a medical diagnosis, or the uncertainty of life's transitions, therapy can provide a space to feel heard, build resilience, and develop practical coping strategies. I also work with parents seeking support for their teen.
My Background and Approach
My specialty areas include anxiety, depression, adjustment to chronic health conditions, weight and lifestyle-related concerns, adolescent health psychology, self-esteem, stress management, and emotion regulation. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions, while tailoring treatment to each individual's unique goals and strengths. I also conduct psychoeducational assessments for children, adolescents and adults at Behr Psychology to provide diagnostic clarity and individualized treatment recommendations. Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, health concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. I work collaboratively with children, adolescents, young adults, and families to build practical coping skills, increase resilience, and create meaningful change.
