About My Clients
Deciding to start therapy can feel both scary and relieving. Finding a therapist that is a good fit is often overwhelming and difficult. Whether you are really struggling with something, or you just want a therapeutic ear, I am an active and empathetic listener who can help you find clarity and offer compassionate and practical support in navigating challenges.
My Background and Approach
I work with children, teens, and adults by creating a safe and non-judgmental space. I help my clients to explore their needs, consider different perspectives, connect mind and body, and help them break habitual habits and counterproductive patterns. My mindful approach and encouraging demeanor provide my clients with the tools they need to navigate life. My individualized approach to therapy has been shaped by the variety of environments in which I have practiced. I have experience working in Private Practice, Outpatient Mental Health Programs, Inpatient Psychiatry, and Inpatient Substance Abuse Rehabilitation.
