About My Clients

I offer a space to process grief, transition, and identity shifts. You may be carrying loss while trying to find who you are and where you’re headed. Together, we’ll explore how your past shapes you, let your values guide you, and build a life that honors what you've lost while staying connected to hope. With compassion, insight, and gentle challenge, I’ll help you rediscover your worth and reconnect with the self you’ve missed.

My Background and Approach

My approach blends attachment theory, psychodynamic insight, and a strengths-based perspective, using modalities like ACT to support growth and healing. When working with grief, I draw from the dual-process model, which recognizes that life and loss are deeply intertwined and that it’s possible to move between moments of mourning and moments of living. Your experiences shape you, but they don’t define you. Together, we’ll make room for both your grief and your growth. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. My work spans school-based mental health, peer-led grief support, and nonprofit organizations serving children, families, and young adults through trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and major life changes. I’m also an active member of the Southern California grief community, offering psychoeducation and community resources for those navigating these experiences.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that grief is a deeply personal journey, and there is no “right” way to navigate it. Every emotion you feel—whether sadness, anger, guilt, even moments of relief—is valid and worthy of acknowledgment. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting or moving on. It means finding ways to live with loss while staying connected to hope and meaning. I am actively involved in the grief community, attending workshops, trainings, and support networks to stay connected to current insights and to honor the experiences of those who have walked this path. I believe in the power of connection—both with other grievers and within therapy—as a cornerstone of healing. I am committed to holding space with empathy, respect, and authenticity.
