About My Clients
As a licensed psychologist, I offer evidence-based psychotherapy that has been shown to increase your wellness. My aim is to help clients learn skills and tools to help manage intrusive thoughts, phobias, generalized anxiety, OCD concerns, and sleep disturbances. Although change is never easy, I am a believer that through hard word, dedication, and determination it is possible.
