About My Clients
College and young adult life can be stressful, with anxiety, imposter syndrome, challenges in friendships, and low motivation. This is on top of life transitions like starting a new job, adjusting to college, or managing a busy schedule. Virtual group sessions are also available where connecting with peers helps you feel supported and less alone.
My Background and Approach
I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, exposure work, and tools to help you manage stress and emotions. Therapy with me is a judgment-free, inclusive space where your experiences, values, and identity shape our work. We move at your pace. Some sessions focus on coping skills while others dive into patterns, identity, or life challenges. We check in along the way so everything stays relevant to what matters to you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I run a co-ed virtual therapy group that offers a safe and confidential space to process struggles and set goals. Transitioning into adulthood can be challenging, especially if you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or low motivation. This group gives you a chance to work through difficulties, practice coping skills, and get feedback from other young adults facing similar challenges. You’ll leave feeling supported, heard, and a little more confident about your next steps.
