My Background and Approach
Our therapists are compassionate and dedicated professionals, who are enthusiastic about helping clients meet their goals. We specialize in, but are not limited to treating Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Eating Disorders, Relationship issues/Couples, LGBTQ issues/Gender Dysphoria, Grief/Transitions, Stress Management, Self-Esteem, Parenting/Behavior Modification, and Trauma/PTSD. Our therapists primarily use Cognitive-Behavioral, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness-based, and Solution-focused approaches. We practice from an integrative approach, and focus on both the mind and body to help facilitate insight, healing and growth.
