Danielle's practice revolves around working towards creating solutions that work for the patient's life. Whether trying medication for the first time, looking to change medications, or wanting to taper off completely, the journey will go at the patient's pace and issues will be processed together as they arise. Danielle takes a full person approach and will recommend far more than just a medication.
My Background and Approach
A medication alone is rarely a full solution so someone that is ready to put in effort to get to the root core of the issues will work best with Danielle. Controlled substances are used minimally and conservatively in her practice as many of these are not effective long term solutions. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Danielle's practice focuses on creating an environment that is non judgemental, confidential, and solution-focused. She will integrate therapy into your sessions to cultivate insight, appreciation, and understanding of your past and current circumstances. She believes that medication is beneficial for many situations but it does not have to be a permanent part of your treatment plan. She firmly believes that integration of holistic practices is also beneficial to become the best version of yourself that you can be. Recommendations and referrals for holistic practices such as TMS, ketamine therapy, acupuncture, herbal supplements and more can be provided.
