About My Clients
Our clients come to us for play and art therapy for their child to help them with behavioral, emotional, or academic problems, as well as parent-child bonding and strengthening. Parents learn skills to help support their child with listening, following directions, and regulating their emotions. Parents also learn skills to self-regulate. We also provide therapy for adolescents, couples, and adults who are experiencing issues such as self-harm, suicidal thoughts, self-identity or esteem issues..
My Background and Approach
We offer a warm, friendly, open, accepting, non-judgmental, and safe space for clients to build a strong therapeutic relationship and alliance with their therapist to address their treatment goals with evidenced-based practices such as child-centered play therapy, child parent relationship therapy, CBT, DBT, EFT, Gottman Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, etc.

We believe in creating a strong, safe, and trusting relationship with our clients from a nonjudgmental stance. We value evidenced-based practices. We also come from a culturally sensitive and inclusive place and are trauma-informed.
