About My Clients

My clients are often driven, high-achieving individuals who excel at managing everything—except their own nervous systems. On paper, you’ve got it together. But living from the neck up has left you exhausted, braced, and disconnected from your body, desire, and capacity for pleasure. I help clients of all genders, neurotypes, and relationship styles quiet the mental noise, soothe chronic stress, and transition from holding the world together to deeply enjoying their lives.

My Background and Approach

I specialize in sexual health, intimacy, and relationships, especially the one we have with self. I am passionate about helping you and yours enrich your lives—by empowering you to unpack what’s preventing you from fully embracing all of life’s pleasures. I believe that we all have the intrinsic ability to heal ourselves. In my practice, psychotherapy is a journey of self healing, with me as your guide. I utilize a holistic and integrative approach to whole health and emotional well-being. I believe that the combination of the "stories" we tell ourselves, the unhealed emotional wounds we carry, and the ways in which we care for our bodies, have us stuck. We will collaboratively walk through the unlearning of unhealthy behaviors and cyclic mindsets. You're here. You took the first step. Let's laugh, cry, and do the work together, that will set you free. You are worth it; Let me help you feel it for yourself.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that genuine pleasure and bodily autonomy are your birthright—not privileges you have to earn, prove, or perform for. We live in a culture that commodifies sex while systematically stripping away the tools we need to actually enjoy it. We are handed rigid scripts, unrealistic media, and generations of inherited shame, and then expected to somehow create thriving, effortless intimacy. When desire feels distant, sex becomes painful, or performance anxiety takes over, it isn’t a personal flaw or a broken body. It is the completely logical result of a nervous system stuck in survival mode, carrying the weight of cultural conditioning, systemic stress, and emotional burnout. You can't analyze, force, or overthink your way into genuine connection. I believe we must trust the wisdom of the physical body. My work is dedicated to helping you dismantle the shame, regulate your nervous system, and reclaim a grounded, vibrant sexuality that belongs entirely to you.
