Tampa Bay Counseling and Supervision (TBCS) is an outpatient private practice specializing in treating individuals, couples and families. We focus on counseling children (8+), teens, and adults to help you overcome life stressors, relational discord, depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and unhealthy coping styles that get in the way of personal happiness, overall well-being, and success.
My Background and Approach
Tampa Bay Counseling and Supervision is a group of mental health clinicians dedicated to providing quality mental health services so you feel comfortable to heal, improve, and change what you can through psychotherapy. With structured therapy appointments, we offer clients the ability to explore and learn new ways of living. Specializing in treatment using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy ( CPT), and Dialectical Behavior Skill Implementation (DBT), we believe mental health for all ages includes emotional/mental flexibility, openness, and healthy social connection. We have extensive experience in working with trauma and PTSD, addiction/compulsive behaviors, anxiety/depressive disorders, extreme grief, self-harm, mood and dissociative disorders, relationship issues, and personal growth/life transitional challenges.

Our goal is to take the knowledge we have as a clinicians and apply it in a meaningful and friendly manner; this is accomplished through a comprehensive care model, with ongoing research, communication, weekly supervision, and individually-tailored interventions.
