About My Clients
You bring your authentic self to therapy, and I help you calm anxiety, heal trauma, and have the most satisfying relationships of your life. All orientations, genders, and and approaches to relationship are welcome in my practice. I particularly enjoy exploring your sexuality, whether you're queer, kink-aligned, poly, or just open.
My Background and Approach
I’m an EMDR therapist who believes deep healing is possible, even when it feels out of reach. Whether you're processing trauma, identity-based harm, or relationship pain, we’ll work together to rewire the ways your nervous system learned to protect you. I bring a deep respect for your resilience, and EMDR offers a powerful path forward. In my work with couples, I draw on Gottman Method tools to improve communication, rebuild trust, and reignite emotional and physical intimacy. I also offer sex therapy grounded in curiosity, consent, and pleasure, centered around what actually works for you, not what society says is "normal."
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know that therapy is never one-size-fits-all. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and shaped by queer, feminist, and anti-oppressive values. I believe therapy should feel both safe and expansive. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationships: with ourselves, our partners, and our communities. We all deserve spaces where our full identities are seen and affirmed. I strive to be the kind of therapist who can hold both deep emotional processing and lightness, accountability and compassion. I’m here to support people in shedding internalized shame, reconnecting with their bodies, and building relationships that are more aligned with who they really are. Whether you’re in the thick of trauma recovery, rethinking your relationship agreements, or working to reclaim your sexual self, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
