About My Clients
In our collaborative therapeutic relationship, I will encourage you to create a safe space where your mind and body takes ownership of your life's narrative. Whether your mind wants a verbal experience or your body wants to dance/move, the time is yours and I am there to listen, create or support you.
My Background and Approach
My person-centered, somatic and humanistic approach to movement therapy encourages you to tap into your sensations, feelings, intuition and interpretation. Sometimes, we all need support to indulge in the somatic experience and just breathe, listen to what our bodies are communicating and release both verbally or non-verbally.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I specialize in individuals who seek to improve their body awareness which provides coping skills for self-regulation, positive self-talk and overall physical/mental wellness. I have experience working with neurodiverse families, life transitions, anxiety, depression and individuals coping with trauma.
