About My Clients
I see clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, PTSD, and more. I work with survivors of trauma and abuse, those suffering from chronic pain or chronic illness, the LGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent community. As someone who has experienced these personally, I know the emotional weight they can carry.
My Background and Approach
I hope to be a lighthouse for you, offering a safe space to aid you in navigating the season of life you are in. Counseling is not one-size-fits-all. I believe utilizing various approaches and techniques to best fit everyone. My main focuses are CBT, ACT and Person-Centered Therapy, with an emphasis on strength-based counseling and inner child healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I also appreciate how valuable our hobbies are, and have a special interest in the role that the arts, video games, and tabletop RPGs can play in our healing journey. I am passionate about working with people to heal, identify and utilize their strengths, and develop the skills needed to be their most authentic self.
