About My Clients
My client is an individual who is willing to give me the opportunity to join them in the journey of assessing their situation, providing them resources to respond before overwhelming emotions, and developing new and positive behavioral patterns, while committing to their self growth. Together, with the client’s willingness and my knowledge, I provide them guidance to use their abilities to overcome their limitations, having as end goal the best version of themselves.
My Background and Approach
My professional qualifications, care, empathy, trust, and support are among the qualities that, along with your effort, contribute to your change and progress to attain a more productive and happy life. Further, being bilingual and bicultural (Hispanic) in Miami, allows me to better understand how we dance within our Latino roots and our American home. Moreover, my passion and experience for individual/group psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral interventions, behavior modification, and parenting training has allowed me to aid children/teens, adults, and parents, improve their physical and mental health quality, as well as, build a harmonious parent-child relationship while enjoying the process of becoming an enthusiastic, motivated, aware, and grounded individual.
