About My Clients
You might be craving a space where you can sort through all you’ve been carrying. Maybe you feel overwhelmed, frustrated with old patterns, or disconnected from yourself. You want language for what you’re feeling, support in making sense of it, & guidance in learning how to regulate instead of shutting down or pushing through. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, understand your emotions, & build skills that support self-awareness, confidence, & self-compassion.
My Background and Approach
I am a queer, neurodivergent Latinx counselor, & my lived experience shapes how I support clients navigating ADHD, trauma, chronic stress, & marginalized identities. My work is grounded in trauma treatment, cultural responsiveness, neurodiversity-affirming care, narrative therapy, & self-compassion. We explore your experiences, patterns, & emotions at a pace that respects your capacity while building skills that support regulation, deepen self-awareness, & empower you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people make sense in the context of their lives, relationships, & the systems they’ve had to navigate. Much of what shows up as anxiety, burnout, or self-doubt is not a personal failure, but a response to prolonged stress, unmet needs, or expectations that were never sustainable. Healing, to me, is less about fixing yourself & more about understanding what you’ve been carrying, reclaiming choice, & reconnecting with yourself in ways that are kind, honest, & supportive. I value approaches that honor identity, neurodivergence, culture, & autonomy, & I aim to create a space where people can show up as their full selves without needing to perform or justify their experience.
