I know infertility, miscarriage, & the loss of a child are not typical struggles. They carry so many layers that those who know & love us often can’t see or understand. Well-intentioned words may fall short, leaving you feeling unseen or alone. The truth is, infertility touches every part of life—emotional, physical, even financial. My goal is to acknowledge that reality and walk with you through the weight of it, offering space, care, and real support.

Too often, the world expects you to “just get over it” long before you’ve had the space to truly process what you’ve been through. Whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a dream, or a part of life you thought would be yours, the pain is real. I believe you deserve compassion, validation, and support as you move through grief in your own time.

Anger is a natural emotion, but when it feels overwhelming or leads to conflict, it can impact relationships, work, and self-esteem. In our sessions, anger management therapy provides tools to understand triggers, slow down reactions, and express emotions in healthier ways. Together we’ll practice strategies that build control and confidence, so anger no longer takes the lead but becomes something you can manage and move through.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps connect thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In our sessions, we’ll notice patterns that may keep you stuck—like “I’ll never succeed,” which can fuel anxiety or avoidance. By challenging unhelpful thoughts and practicing new coping skills, CBT gives you practical tools to shift perspective, manage emotions, and take steps that move you toward your goals.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) focuses on living fully, even when painful thoughts or feelings are present. Instead of fighting emotions, ACT teaches acceptance and mindfulness while helping you clarify your values. For example, rather than avoiding social events out of anxiety, you’ll learn to notice the worry, make space for it, and still choose actions aligned with what matters most to you.
