About My Clients
As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in treating complex trauma and the ways past experiences shape present struggles. I also work with the challenges of infertility — no two journeys are alike. Whether you feel surrounded by those ‘who just don’t get it,’ or are grieving a miscarriage or the loss of a child, my role is to help you find practical tools to manage the complex social challenges that follow loss as you move through this journey.
My Background and Approach
I hold an MSW from The Wurzweiler School of Social Work and have advanced training in complex trauma, grief, and infertility, always approached with expertise and sensitivity. In our sessions, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and create a plan to help you feel more steady day to day. I use evidence-based approaches for managing emotions, untangling painful thoughts, and moving toward what matters—always at your pace. In our work together, you’ll feel genuinely heard. Therapy isn’t easy; we’ll face hard things at a pace that feels safe. Each session aims for a small win—more clarity, steadier emotions, or a next step you choose—so you leave feeling accomplished and more in charge, even when it’s difficult. I offer simple options you can lean on between sessions if they help, and we adjust as we go. That, to me, is genuine therapy.
