My Background and Approach

I have years of training with the Haven Institute, a personal growth center on Vancouver Island that believes in the healing power from a nurturing relationship of any nature. Other training includes EMDR, MBSR (at Omega Institute) , TF-CBT, psychodrama (with Bessel Van See Kolk), motivational interviewing and Gestalt.
