My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania with over 10 years of experience helping teens and adults manage ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. I offer virtual therapy that’s accessible, flexible, and tailored to your life. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and other evidence-based techniques—but always with a focus on what actually works for you. I value collaboration and transparency, and I’m not afraid to bring warmth, humor, and realness into the therapeutic space. Whether you’re looking to manage symptoms, gain insight, or simply feel more like yourself again, I’ll be in your corner.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves respect, dignity, and access to quality mental health care—no matter who you are or where you come from. I welcome men, women, teens, trans and non-binary folks, LGBTQ+ individuals, people of all races, cultures, body types, and abilities. You deserve to be seen for who you are, not judged or put in a box. I offer a space that’s real, supportive, and free of shame—where you can show up fully as yourself. I balance honesty and empathy, bringing a grounded, straightforward approach to therapy. As someone living with type 1 diabetes, I also understand the emotional weight of managing chronic health issues. Outside of therapy, I find joy in coaching youth sports, spending time with my family, and staying connected to community. Everyone’s story matters—yours included.
