Life comes with challenges but they don't have to define us. I view counseling as a collaborative relationship between the client and counselor. This collaborative relationship allows us to figure out what the you are missing in your life, what you are in need of, or what you are burdened by. We work together to address what you are facing through the development of a therapeutic relationship where the you can feel supported and heard.

I am committed to providing a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental environment. I enjoy guiding and helping clients achieve improvements they want to make in their life. I am encouraged to see clients understand the core of why things happen in their life and be empowered to take healthy control over their mind and body.

If you are looking for a therapist who enjoys their work, is motivated to help you, and is willing to be realistic and honest, then look no further. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania with over 10 years of experience. I am currently only doing telehealth/virtual sessions. I have openings right away and no current wait list.
