About My Clients
I have experience in treating all forms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mental and emotional suffering. I specialize in counseling adults who feel psychologically stuck and are seeking support and insight with identity, relationships, education and career challenges. My practice supports the LGBTQIA2+ community.
My Background and Approach
I started as a therapist at a community mental health clinic in rural East Texas and recently moved my practice to NW Arkansas in the fall of 2021. I have broad experience treating many individuals across diverse backgrounds and experiences. Whatever difficulties are bringing you into therapy, I will be emotionally connected as we journey through your particular challenges.

I offer a free 10-minute consultation because I believe the therapeutic relationship is essential for effective therapy. We can talk about you and your reason for seeking therapy. I can answer your questions and tell you more about what influences my work. If we are a good fit, we can discuss session rates and frequency. I look forward to hearing from you!
