How we think about ourselves, our environments and our bodies has a massive impact on our behaviors, emotions and physical health. I work with individuals on understanding how they think, who taught those thoughts and how to manage the thousands of messages we get every day about how to be a person. I use concrete techniques to analyze, challenge and organize thoughts in order to decrease anxiety and increase productivity.

I specialize in creating individualized interventions to address interruptions in daily living tasks, help individuals create and reach short term goals. The interventions are measurable and created to empower you to take steps to heal and grow between each session.

I believe in treating the person. I work with individuals to get an understanding of your environment and social structure and work with you within that system to determine paths of growth. I provide a non-judgmental environment built on mutual trust and respect. I encourage emotional freedom and authenticity.

Anxiety is part of being human. The key is knowing when to listen to it. My method is working with you to express your anxieties, validate the feeling and impact and then work on challenging what is helping you and what is not. I work with you to create a system to manage each anxiety to either solve or be better prepared to handle a variety of situations as well as teaching you how to emotionally regulate and reset as needed.

Autism represents a developmental difference in how one's brain processes the world around them. I work with individuals to better understand how being autistic impacts their life and learning the balance between being true to themselves and their needs and accommodating, translating and understanding a world that was not built for them.

I work with each individual to help them identify their strengths, passions and individual worth and improve their ability and comfort embracing and expressing those positive aspects. I engage a direct, caring, respectful approach to recognize where negative self-talk originated and help them reframe how they perceive themselves and how they exist in their world.
