About My Clients

Life feels like a series of fires, and I know how heavy that weight is. Whether you’re a young man numbing out to escape a world that feels rigged, or a parent heartbroken by the silence—I see you. You aren't broken; you’re navigating an overwhelming path. I trade quick fixes for real, compassionate growth rooted in psychology. Let’s move past the "shortcuts" to rebuild a life of purpose and connection. You don’t have to carry this alone.

My Background and Approach

I’m Daniel, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) dedicated to helping you navigate life’s "fires" without relying on the shortcuts that leave you feeling empty. My approach is rooted in the belief that you aren't broken; you are navigating an overwhelming world with tools that may no longer serve you. To provide the most comprehensive care, I’ve specialized as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Nutrition and Mental Health Counseling Specialist (CMNCS). This holistic lens allows us to address the "whole person"—bridging the gap between mental clarity and physical vitality. In our work, I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you move toward what matters most, alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to reshape limiting patterns. We also incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to heal the deeper parts of your story. Together, we’ll trade quick fixes for a research-backed, purpose-driven path to lasting respect and connection.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that for a man to be truly whole, he must have the courage to explore the full spectrum of his humanity. In our culture, "shortcuts" often look like the suppression of the feminine—the rejection of intuition, vulnerability, and emotional receptivity. I believe true strength is found in integrating these parts, moving beyond rigid masks of masculinity to find a balanced center. Healing isn't about becoming "less of a man"; it’s about becoming a complete human being. This belief is fueled by a deep commitment to reducing harm. Because of the profound violence men so often inflict upon themselves and others, I feel strongly that healing is more than a personal goal—it is a powerful act of restoration for the world. My commitment to this wholeness extends to every individual I serve. As a dedicated Ally to the LGBTQ+ community, I provide a safe, affirming space where identity is celebrated. My clinical foundation is deeply rooted in Multi-Cultural and Cross-Cultural counseling,
