As humans we all experience our own individual wellness. My goal is to enlighten, empower, and motivate all individuals I work with to move towards their own optimal level of wellness. Through collaborative efforts in understanding the connection between different areas of wellness, we are able to explore which area of your wellness is most compromised. In doing so, we will have the opportunity to explore coping skills that are effective in maintaining an appropriate level of wellness in all areas of life. I value the therapeutic relationship we will build along the way, and instill a high level of trust within our sessions.
