About My Clients
My main focus is working with adults, couples, and adolescents who struggle with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, addictions, PTSD and C-PTSD, and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Method, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential in helping clients achieve positive and lasting outcomes. I will work to foster our relationship by creating a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you will feel listened to and understood.
