I work well with all clients! I have had many successes working with relationships and marriages. I have years of experience helping people, who once thought they were stuck in hopeless helpless situations realize how much power they actually have. I work well with alternative relationships using my professional experience as well as my personal experiences!
My Background and Approach
A have an eclectic style which means I use a mixture therapeutic techniques. Often, I begin with a Client Centered approach and I will use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for interventions. I will help you come up with goals and my job will be to measure the progress & hold you accountable until you reach the desired results! I am goal and action oriented!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a LGBTQ Ally. I love helping people overcome their fears to be their true selves. Life is too short to live in fear and I can help with this. Overcoming the same struggles were a big part of my life and this is an issue I enjoy helping with.
