About My Clients
I work well with clients who want unconventional and novel methods to help them with their mental health and spiritual development.
My Background and Approach
I'm licensed professional counselor and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist. I graduated as an honors student from Johns Hopkins University's Clinical Mental Health Program. I specialize in trauma therapy (EMDR and IFS). I have a down-to-earth approach to counseling. I introduce my clients to different experiential therapy techniques that allow clients to take the driver's seat of their innate healing intelligence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We are capable of emotionally healing. We have been out of touch with this innate ability but once we are introduced we begin to experience our true selves outside of past attachment injuries, traumas, insecurities and vulnerabilities. Developing a trusting relationship with the therapist is a key factor in therapy and I help people understand how to successfully accomplish that. There is nothing too terrible that we can't overcome.
