About My Clients
Have you found that you've lost that innate sense of happiness and joy that you used to have? Has depression, anxiety or relationship difficulties robbed you of joy and inner peace and harmony? I work with individuals who experience a variety of difficulties including depression, anxiety, perfectionism, procrastination, and the challenges of life transitions. My goal is to help recover that sense of joy and feel like yourself again.
My Background and Approach
Traditional therapy can often feel like endless conversations without a real plan for change. Are you ready to make true life changes, move beyond just talking and do the work that will help you move past your challenges? I practice a form of cognitive-behavioral therapy called TEAM-CBT that leads to more rapid recovery and enables you to become your own therapist and utilize the tools that we will learn together on your own. I will teach you how to change the way you think, allowing you to transform the way you feel. With the right tools and support, I believe you can overcome just about any challenge and create the life you've always wanted.
