I approach each therapy session as an opportunity to learn your story. I draw from my professional training, education, and life experiences to assist in helping you get to a better place. You can expect me to be honest, authentic, relatable, and inspiring of hope. I have extensive experience in Narrative, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

I grew up in a traditional conservative Christian household within the lower-middle class community. This gives me a unique and personal understanding as well as a passion for working with clients who grew up with the same basic value systems and may be experiencing challenges in navigating relationships, sexuality, and life. My personal beliefs and values do not guide my sessions. I care about your past and present beliefs; how they manifest and influence how you feel about yourself and interact with others. I believe in equality and acceptance. My therapy sessions are spaces devoid of judgment and criticism. You can expect a listening ear, genuine curiosity, and gentle challenging of narratives, helping you to create order out the chaos.
