About My Clients
My clients often feel stuck in relationships, careers, or identity. They may look successful but quietly struggle with stress, anxiety, or belonging. I work with adults of all backgrounds, including professionals, new parents, and those navigating ADHD, depression, or trauma. I use an interpersonal approach that helps clients understand patterns, build awareness, and create lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and am licensed in California and New York. My career has taken me into prisons, hospitals, and community systems, including the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, the California Regional Center, and Kaiser Permanente. I also have specialized training in GI psychology and the mind-body connection. These experiences mean I bring a broad perspective to my work, understanding both individual struggles and the systems that affect them. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I do not just listen; I engage with you to uncover patterns and create meaningful change. Because my practice is fully virtual, therapy is accessible and private, whether from your home, office, or wherever you feel comfortable. I see therapy as a partnership. You bring your expertise on your own life and I bring clinical training and real-world experience. Together we create space for growth and change that lasts beyond our sessions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a place where people feel safe, understood, and supported in creating real change. Everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, and I am committed to providing a space where clients can explore challenges without judgment. My work is guided by the belief that growth happens through insight, connection, and practical action. I value evidence-based care and integrate clinical research into therapy so clients benefit from proven strategies. I also believe mental health is shaped by both personal experiences and larger systems, which is why I consider the full context of each client’s life. My goal is that you leave therapy not only with greater awareness, but also with tools you can use every day to manage stress, improve relationships, and live with more purpose.
