About My Clients
I primarily work with trauma and addiction. I specialize in sexual addiction. I offer EMDR therapy to help you get unstuck from your past and heal from old wounds. If you are struggling with the effects of your past, I want to help you break free and find peace and healing. If you feel chained by compulsive sexual behaviors, I want to help you find freedom by healing the source of the problem, not just teaching you behavior modification.
My Background and Approach
I approach each client from a holistic perspective. Each person has their own unique story. We have to do two things to help you heal from whatever your presenting issue is: address your mindset and heal the root. I often use a tree analogy when speaking with my clients. The branches are the problems you see, but if we only trim the branches, the tree will grow back. We have to trim the branches AND kill the root so that you are healed permanently. We’re aiming for lasting change here. My approach does just that.
