My Background and Approach
Unlike most approaches to helping couples, we focus on finding solutions to past problems. This allows the couple who normally feel frustrated like they are not making progress to change their perspective. My couples have taught me that each relationship and their circumstances are unique to the couple, so every session is tailored to your needs with practical tools to help you achieve success in your goals. My education and training have focused on couples and how to help them. I am a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist, which means I have the expertise you need and deserve when healing your relationship. You want to know you're working with someone who "gets" what it means to be a couple struggling with feeling nothing you do is right. I get it because I've made all the mistakes myself.
