My Background and Approach
Outside of therapeutic training, I pull from life experience when working with clients. My training includes a focus in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) & Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
