My Background and Approach
Since 2011, Cognitive Change has helped individuals, couples, and families from all backgrounds overcome challenges like OCD, trauma, anxiety, and more using evidence-based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), TEAM-CBT, and DBT. All of our therapists are certified and supervised by a certified CBT therapist to ensure the highest standard of care. But what truly sets us apart is our mission: to empower clients with the tools to become their own therapists. While many claim a CBT approach, we go beyond validation—we teach skills that lead to lasting change. Our goal isn’t to keep clients in therapy forever, but to help them build the confidence and resilience to live the lives they want, with self-acceptance and clarity.
