About My Clients
I enjoy working with adults and teens going through difficult issues in life. I am very relational in my therapy approach. My goal is always to bring understanding and healing into the lives of my clients. I believe that you know yourself best and I am here to come along side you in your journey.
My Background and Approach
I am an EMDR therapist and really enjoy this approach to therapy. I think its fascinating to tie the brain and neuropsychology in with the work we do in the therapy room. I have experience working with clients of all ages and settings (children to elderly; residential treatment facility to long term care facility).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am the wife of a farmer in rural SD. I am also the mom of 3 kids. I also have a Havanese/Cavalier mix dog named, Rue. I highly value my time with my family. We enjoy spending time outside in the warmer months and particularly love camping. I also value my faith in Jesus Christ. I use this as a guide in all of the work that I do; whether that be in therapy, motherhood, or any other areas of my life.
