About My Clients
Life can feel heavy when anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or old patterns keep holding you back. You may be drained from always putting others first, navigating challenging relationships, or carrying the weight of past experiences. Or maybe you’re a healthcare provider, who has been giving so much to others while quietly struggling with your own needs. You’ve been the strong one for so long, and now you’re ready to let someone care for you.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety/depression, neurodiversity, women’s issues, and life's many transitions. I have also worked extensively in the acute care medical field caring for healthcare providers that are navigating stress, caregiver burnout, second-hand trauma, and career transitions. ________________ Danica holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. She has completed additional coursework as a Clinical Trauma Professional from the International Trauma Training Institute (ITTI), and advanced Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy training from Postpartum Support International (PSI).
