Whether you are returning to therapy or this is your first time, my mission is to partner with you to help foster meaningful life changes and transformations by identifying goals and creating a therapy plan that draws upon your unique strengths and personal experiences. I specialize in supporting individuals, of all ages, who are struggling with life transitions, relationships, body image/self-esteem, trauma, depression, stress, and anxiety.
