About My Clients
I work best with people who feel like they're managing more than they can carry — adults navigating a new or late ADHD diagnosis, individuals working through anxiety or trauma, and military families and spouses facing deployment stress, frequent moves, or reintegration. I also work with couples who want a more research-based approach to conflict and connection.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Dakota (LPC-MH) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington (LMHC). I'm an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider and trained in EMDR for trauma treatment and the Gottman Method for couples work. I use these approaches together depending on what you're working through — structured, evidence-based tools rather than open-ended talk alone. A lot of my caseload is ADHD (often adults diagnosed later in life), anxiety, trauma and PTSD, and military families, so I've built real depth in those areas rather than treating them as one specialty among many. My goal in our work together is practical: understanding what's actually going on, not just managing symptoms, and building tools that fit your real life.
