About My Clients
In life it can feel like there are many barriers we have to break through. We feel like all the pressure is on us and sometimes we do not feel supported, seen, or understood. We may doubt ourselves. We have the pressure of career, children (postpartum and fertility), relationships, and it can be exhausting, not to mention overwhelming. Also, military families experience that at a double rate! However, we do not have to break those barriers down alone!
My Background and Approach
My goal is to empower clients to live a fulfilling life they truly love! I am passionate about working with military personal & their family, women issues, & providing a safe space man seeking to explore their emotions. I integrate a collaborative approach & am competent in strength-based solution focused therapy, system theories, and I am client centered.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am actively involved in advocating and lobbying for minority communities and mental health rights by sitting on several committees relating to diversity and inclusion in the community. I work with military families and communities that are underrepresented in healthcare. Mental health care should be accessible to all.
