Many are navigating identity questions, emotional overwhelm, or lingering shame and want a safe, supportive space to explore what feels true for them. My Background and Approach
I am an LPC Candidate with a background in trauma-informed care and a strong foundation in person-centered therapy. My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I prioritize creating a safe, affirming space and work at each client’s pace, supporting them in exploring thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building practical skills for insight, confidence, and meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered. I view each client as the expert of their own experience and believe meaningful change occurs when therapy honors a person’s values, identity, and lived experience. My role is to walk alongside clients with curiosity and compassion, helping them reconnect with themselves and build lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.
