My Background and Approach
Specialized in women’s issues mental health, relationship issues, depression, ADHD, and Postpartum/Maternity. I have helped countless individuals learn coping skills to recover from depression, anxiety, and stress related issues as well as helping them work through life transitions (career changes, divorce, loss, issues, ect). My approach is empathic, non-judgmental, client centered, and solution focused.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My journey to becoming a therapist began when I worked as a case worker with the department of children and families. I wanted to be the voice change and be able to empower people to live their best life no matter where they came from or what they have been through. I created Happy Start Counseling Services because every day can have a happy start.
