About My Clients
I work with teen and adult clients and specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting issues, life transitions, stress management, self-esteem, and confidence. I have a keen interest working with teen athletes, helping them manage the pressure associated with competitive sports.
My Background and Approach
I tend to utilize a person-centered, solution-focused approach, but will draw on different modalities most effective for the needs of her client. I have 18 years of combined experience in education and counseling.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I firmly believe that all people have the power to create the life they want. I will work hard to support my clients as they navigate the ups and downs of life. I am committed to providing a safe space for my clients in a genuine and down-to-earth environment.
