My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Philadelphia, PA. I have experience working therapeutically in a variety of settings including schools, mental health community centers and in private practice. My clinical experience has been with a diverse group of individuals of varying demographics and needs. I have been providing individual and couples therapy in a private practice setting for the last three years. Prior to that, I was working as a therapist at an LGBTQ+ mental health community center providing individual therapy, couples therapy and crisis intervention (as needed) to adults and adolescents. I use a warm, empathetic, collaborative and culturally sensitive approach that is grounded in trauma informed, relational and psychodynamic frameworks. My goal is to work alongside my clients, helping them see the strengths they already have, as well as empowering them to continue growing and discovering their potential.
