About My Clients

First, I want to acknowledge, the world is particularly overwhelming right now, with constant hateful rhetoric, and real and perceived threats. You not alone in feeling emotionally exhausted. I welcome anyone to my practice who needs a safe space to focus on yourself and gain self-awareness surrounding your identity, relationships, and life experiences. I am here to support you and provide compassion for where you are at and where you want to be.

My Background and Approach

I am a warm, compassionate, and strength-based therapist who recognizes the privilege of this work. My 15+ years as a Social Worker in education, programming, adoption, case management, and counseling, have informed my clinical perspectives and insight. I truly look forward to the opportunity to collaborate on your growth and healing.
