About My Clients
The majority of my clients have challenges that make it difficult to learn, to regulate emotions and to have successful social interactions. I provide information, teach skills and listen with empathy to my clients.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive experience working in a range of educational settings as credentialed adult education teacher, counselor, psychologist and administrator. I am also licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an educational psychologist in addition to being a nationally certified school psychologist . I have worked with a diverse population of students over the years that includes all ages, ethnicities and socio-economic backgrounds. Parents often feel lost and are not sure how to make school a more positive experience for their child.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe most people have limiting beliefs that get in the way of progress. All human beings are capable of learning, changing and growing.
