It's okay if we sometimes laugh together during therapy sessions. And it's of course also okay when we cry together. Or maybe sometimes we are angry and frustrated together. For all those inviting me on their expedition to heal, I hope to meet their true, unencumbered self. I specialize in anxiety, addiction, sexuality and trauma, with a specific passion for religious trauma.
My Background and Approach
I approach therapy with an existential, humanist worldview and providing unconditional positive regard is my top priority. My experience with diverse populations enables me to meet a variety of needs, using an integrative approach promoting development of self awareness and health of the physical, emotional and spiritual self. Such experience enables me to remain flexible with my approach to therapy, and I do not practice from a rigid perspective regarding definitions of health. My goal is to help you live confidently as your true self, even if that means embracing our quirks.
